Life Style

 My life has changed
You know you've changed when...
 You bring these home from the store & not the latest cupcake cookbooks!


I'm thinking about transitioning off Tsfl but still eating the bars and having my coffee for snacks threw out the day{While at work, because they're easy to grab}, I'm thinking I need to up my protein intake with all the working out I've been doing.
I'm burning to many calories for the amount I'm taking in.
I went to GNC and picked up these

                   {Pb Protein & Cookies and Cream Protein}... Fat Kid Items! =)
Books are from Barnes & Noble.
Clean Eating will be my way of life now, staying away from processed foods!
I also believe in journaling, I must say I'm a little obsessed with it.
I have a journal for my weight at home and then I just bought this 90 journal to log food an exercises...and I also have a meal tracker and food diary/workout app on my phone!
I got these new Active vitamins also at GNC, I literally had no energy yesterday left and I deiced to take them...literally 20 mins later I was up and moving! Cleaning, doing laundry,dishes, I powered threw the rest of my day it was awesome I cant wait to take them before I go on a run today!

Time to go get my massage!

Goals & Reward*

I wanted to start today off talking about how I am not a runner...
{wait can I still say that?}
Im now a Runner!...Anyway!
I started off not being able to run very far or long,
So I would set my sights on a stop sign or a car or someones drive way and tell myself to just make it to there and then I could walk for a moment.
{Its all about Goals & Reward}
it did not take but 2 weeks I was running my course I made and then some!!
I started running beyond it by setting new sights and pushing myself.
I have found once I have hit running for a mile its really down hill from there!
like Forrest he just kept running and running!!!
I now know how he felt " I just felt like running"
Sometimes I've ran twice in one day!
After almost 5 weeks of exercises I rewarded myself

-Another way to Reward:
I think its very important to reward yourself...
I bought New shoes a few weeks ago & yesterday I bought myself some new running shorts
*Its getting really hot here, my lulu pants aren't cutting it*
An yes all my clothes are getting to bigg, yesterday I wore shorts what I didn't even have to unbutton to get on and off. For now I'm just belting things because I wish to lose at least 5 more pounds and then reward myself with summer clothing.
-On another side not:
My mom rewards herself for very 5 pounds she loses she will have a glass of wine.
Ill just say this tactics does not work for me, I don't tend to stop at just 1 glass of wine...
somethings may work for others that doesn't suit you, be realistic with yourself know your limits.

So today I dare you, I dare you to step outside your comforts and try to do something like running or dust off that old bike, take an walk, it doesn't have to be "exercises"! Do Something for You! =)
That's the best reward.

Coffee, Yes Please... With Cinnamon on Top!

Rise & Shine
Back in the fat burning state!!!
Thank goodness!
I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite things on Tsfl.
Its their Cappuccino!
{Has green tea extracts for a caffeine boost and a calorie burner! Bonus*}
My boyfriend gave me the great idea of putting cinnamon in my coffee
 (somewhat how he used to make it for me every morning!)
This tastes exactly like it! Minus all the yucky heavy milky products my body loves to reject.
You can have up to 3 things called "condiments" on Tsfl.
Cinnamon is one of my everyday condiment.

I Have this Every Morning!

This is classified as one meal and I will eat again in 2 hours!
Some people I know just have black coffee with a cinnamon roll bar or even a brownie!
Tell me life doesn't get any tastier then this! & Sooo Easy to do.
Who wouldn't want any of these for breakfast?

Off to Enjoy my morning cup of coffee!

Happy Cinco Cinco!

This Last Week I Hit My
10 pd. Weight loss!
Super Excited About That, But....
In celebration of how great I was feeling My Boyfriend had a Work Party to go to on Saturday(May5)
& I Made the Choice to Share two Margaritas with him!
On top of that I don't know when to call it quits on drinks...then off to the pub we went and mind you I had not eaten but three medifast meal this day...
I had (Disappointed face) .......Nachos.
I know right! What was I Thinking?
Well I wasn't I was Buzzin & feeling great from those Margaritas!
Now here it is Monday I'm still feeling the regret of my decisions,
But I have picked myself right back up & followed my plan as supposed to yesterday and I'm off for a run today. You cant let One Silly Day get in your way!
I just have to remind myself next time of how I was feeling Sunday after Cinco & In hopes I make better choices next time. *Sometimes its easiest just not to go...but I was becoming quite the hermit*
Its good to go out and move around, Me and this couch have had a long friendship and its time its come to an end! P.S.{Don't let it know...Were getting a new one anyway!}

On Better News,
That Saturday Morning I Played Dress-Up!
Lol, Yes I did! In all my old clothing or even "brand new" Still had tag on them because I once bought them when on old diets saying I want to fit into this when I'm done! and No a month ago in spite of two years ago losing around 20 pds, I still did not fit in them.
Not only did I try those on but I tried a dress on from My 15th Birthday!...
It was far fetch but I was having such a great time prancing around the house in all my dresses,
 I had to!
As my boyfriend zipped me in this last dress
{Poor guy I must have tried on 50 dresses! Hes the very best!}
It Zipped! My jaw literally hit the floor! Instantly sent a picture to my mom in disbelief, or that no one would believe this! It was like a magic trick!!!!
I will post a picture of me in it when I get all ready this week. 
{I had very scary bed head an no make-up on in the last picture i took in it!}
I better get going its to nice outside to be sitting here typing a Novel!

I started off at 5'1"
Weighting 148...
{gained 4 pounds of that by eatting & drinking everything in sight the weekend before I started}
Which my BMI Should be for someone my height 98pds-130pds.
What a Range I know!! & Dont worry im not going to be weighting in at 98 pds! {Get Real!}
If you dont know your BMI I can help you figure it out or even good ol' Google can!
Just from sheading 9 pounds I feel so much more confident putting clothes on everyday.
I have so much more Energy & My Mental State of Mind is Clear.
Im a Very Happy Version of Myself Now!

I should have cared more about my before picture & did a better one but I had no idea I'd be sharing it with the world! Ill wear something that shows my tummy better next time too no more gross "beer look-a-like gut"  Lol. Atleast I Can Laugh About it Now...
